We are committed to a green lifestyle, and have dedicated ourselves to finding and supplying natural and organic solutions whenever possible. We ship only the highest quality live pond plants and water gardening products, and we guarantee that our live pond plants will arrive healthy and complete. If you are disappointed with the quality of your plants or products, Catfish Logic will provide a full replacement or refund. Orders ship within 10 business days, depending upon availability and weather conditions. Most orders ship within 5 days, or less. Live plant orders ship Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday for delivery on Thursday, Friday or Saturday. Your credit card will not be charged until your order ships. Email confirmation and tracking information is provided once an order ships. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii or non-USA addresses at this time. Water lilies, lotus, floating plants and marginal or bog plants are shipped bare root, with seasonal growth, in individual plastic bags. Many of our water lilies and lotus plants ship with multiple leaves and flower buds. Oxygenating and submerged plants are bunched using rubber bands, and shipped in plastic bags. |
